Because every Femme Epoch product is a digital download delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a download link has been issued.

If your file is corrupted, missing, or you experience a technical issue accessing it, please email hellofemmeepoch@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right — usually by re-issuing the file.

Refund handling for orders placed on Selar or Gumroad is governed by their respective policies. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before purchase.
