- How do I get my files after purchase?
- All Femme Epoch products are sold via Selar or Gumroad. After checkout, you'll receive an instant download link by email. There is no physical shipping — every product is digital.
- What if I don't see the download email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, log in to your Selar or Gumroad account and access the file from your library, or email hellofemmeepoch@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
- Do I need a Canva Pro account to edit the templates?
- No — every template works in the free version of Canva. Some optional features (background remover, brand kits) require Canva Pro.
- Can I use these products for client work?
- Yes. Our standard licence allows you to use the templates and assets for personal projects and unlimited client work. You may not resell the templates as-is.
- Do you offer refunds?
